*2 night reservation for bookings that include Saturday night.
*4 night stay in August over the Festivals.
*5 night minimum stay over New Year.

B&B Booking Details -

Rates are per room night and inclusive of full Scottish breakfast and taxes. Please let us know when making your booking if you have any special dietary requirements so that we can cater for you. Rates vary depending on season and number of nights. Please note we require a minimum 2 night reservation for bookings that include Saturday night and a 5 night minimum stay over New Year. Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits in all bedrooms. Private off-street parking is available to guests but requires to be booked, please enquire when booking. Payment may be made by Cheque, Switch, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit card details required to confirm all reservations.

Bed and Breakfast Cancellation Policy -

We will always do our utmost to re-let the rooms. However if we cannot, then one night will be charged for cancellation within one month of arrival. The full charge will be due if cancellation is within one week of arrival, (less any revenue from re-letting:) A no-show will be charged in full. We do recommend you take out travel insurance just in case you have to cancel through something unavoidable.
